That happened to me on the 401. 30 degrees out in heavy traffic, pulled on to the hard shoulder so as I could keep moving to get to Hwy 19 exit. The trucker I passed must have got on the radio and said " smart ass coming your way. A trucker way up in front pulled over to about half way onto the shoulder to stop my progress. Mad
