London mayor found guilty today
So the mayor of London was found guilty today of three charges (that's right, THREE); forgery, fraud, and breach of trust.
And you wonder why society comments about not being able to trust anybody, or not to trust any politician's platforms. Rob Ford has been scrutinized in the past too, for walking a fine line with his sports team.
I guess it's time that there were new standards set, and that punishments for these crimes got much bigger. If there's no punishment, then there's no incentive NOT to do the right thing. Hence our demented society and increased crime, murders, etc.
But come on, when you can't trust the mayor of your city!?

I bet it's light, considered a slap on the wrists, but we'll see.

I see in the news today that he's announced his intention to resign. There really should be tighter government control on the ethiticity of the people in these positions. Mayor's, MP's, etc. When people in these types of publicositions are found guilty of certain crimes they should be mandated that they have to step down.
