NOT GUILTY ?
A Norfolk County man who shot his grandmother then incinerated her body in a bonfire has been found not criminally responsible by reason of mental disorder.
A jury of seven women and four men returned the verdict in a Simcoe courtroom Friday afternoon following more than a day of deliberations.
Brian Rose, 32, sat down in the prisoner’s box after the verdict was read out, lowered his head, and appeared to be fighting back tears.
I ALWAYS QUESTIONED A PERSONS SANITY WHEN THEY KILLED SOMEONE,AND EVEN SO THOUGHT THAT AN EYE FOR AN EYE SHOULD STILL BE LAW ? AND THOUGHT THE KILLER SHOULD BE HUNG!

I also think that excuse is getting thin. HOWEVER, mental illness is a growing societal concern.
