Hydro One is helping

Did you get your little glossy packet - offering you discounts on light bulbs etc? How many dollars did THAT cost to send out? But - it's OK - it's taxpayer money - or if it's not taxpayers - it's Ontario users of hydro!!!
They'd like to help us reduce our consumption of hydro - - - because - - -? So they can give away any more for free to the US? We don't consume it all NOW! And then, I suppose, just like Norfolk water and sewer - if we consume less - they'll have to raise the price per unit, because they're not making as much money as they were!
