If this doesn't make you laugh, I can't imagine what would.

This video is from all the way back to the Reagan Presidency. He is sitting along side of Speaker of the House Tip O'Neil, enjoying an evening together at the Ford theater. A very funny act takes place on stage. With all the security that takes place around any of our Presidents today, nothing the performer does here could ever take place now.
