Looks like the people were tear gassed.

Chloropicrin is a powerful tear gas

rom what i've read,it sounds like whoever was using this soil fumigant never read the direction(it is to be injected into the soil.(plowed in with a chisel plow type thing)and didn't put it in deep enough) and it then caused problems !
they should beat the crap outa him then punish him!

I thought the radio said this was in the area of Hwy 24 & 6 - and today I hear them say "near Delhi" -- Junction of 24 & 6 is near Pt. Dover!!??!!??
