likely started having the whole street watched after the transformer popped,as they by-passed the meter to get more power for the grow-op.
that is likely the reason they got caught!
the use of to much power is the way over 75% of them get caught !
being old don't mean your stupid,just you are a better judge of good looks ?

the local opp's can only give out traffic ticket's catching criminals has to be done by others from hamilton,burlington,toronto etc.
they might have guns in them grow-ops,and the locals don't want to take that chance !
