Rain... finally... if you look close you can see the vegetation smiling..Just went past Norfolk Power on Victoria St. about 30 minutes ago... during a steady shower...noticed their sprinkling system was irrigating their front lawn. Weren't we all asked by the LPRCA to reduce our water usage by 20% over the last 2 months in order to help prevent a potential water shortage crisis? They are watering during a rain event!!! Apparently nobody at Norfolk Power has access to any media in NORFOLK. Maybe the LPRCA should have put a notice in with all the hydro bills!!!

I guess you're exempt if you're the guys charging for the usage!

Plus, of course, leading by example has become a thing of the past, don't you think?
