I didn't want to put my "junk" out too early but decided that I'd best start and hopefully make a dent in what I had to fetch and carry. Didn't even get everything that I wanted to get rid of to the curb that could stand up to a little rain before a truck and trailer stopped. The two fellows politely waited and made their selections while I carried stuff to the curb I now have only the plastics left and a couple of things still in the garage. Maybe I should go back inside a do another survey! Is everyone having this happen to them? If so, maybe the town should just declare a "put your junk at the curb" week and save a lot of money on the pickup!! LOL

I think the town only picks up about 1/3 of what is placed at the curb,
pickers get the rest...
