So they are voting next week on filling it in to the sidewalk. Going once, going twice .l.

Are they going to fix all the stuff under neath first? Admit it would cost more but it would be done a for a lot of years

Forgive me for asking this question, but why does the road need to be filled in? Is it not safe the way it is?
Interesting, when we lived in Burlington, we endured the construction of a railway overpass and I couldn't help but think of the one in Simcoe and the way its future has evolved. Burlington overpass finished in 2014.

The sides are falling apart and the sidewalk on one side has been shut down. The side could start falling on the road soon. It might be cheaper to raise the road and fix the side then then
the way it is now
