Watch out for the Wind!

Holy Batman! Talk about windy!!! It took every bit of hubby's determination and skill to get us back to the island after returning two tradesmen to the marina. I had to sit at the bow in order to keep it down and to prevent us from blowing over as we headed into the wind. Thanks Extra Weight! You came in handy today!!

Friday will be a stay at home and stay inside kind of day. The Captain's Room has been painted and now ready for furniture reassembly. The room is painted all white with smaller white boards placed on top, giving it an East Coast feel. Or so I think.
The previous wall was that old dark walnut panelled look, but not really panelling with the grooves. It sure looks fresh now all in white.
