I hope that this doesn't mean that Retired has to put on his fall clothes!

Getting closer to the "start thinking about packing up to go south" time. Not yet!

Time to start thinking about it before the headlights start coming on in the cold weather

Labour Day means I work harder! It was the final opportunity to transport rocks from the back bay (where a new cottage is being constructed) to our property. I did ten wheelbarrows of rocks today, as well as ten over the summer. I try to reinforce our shoreline with the rocks. Also gathered lots of cut down trees to add to our woodpile for next year. The day was overcast, some thunder, some rain, but not a total washout.
