Television and Curling Empty Television and Curling

Anyone into Curling? The playoffs are on now and my hubby is glued to the tv set. Everything during the day must revolve around the games/matches/whatever they are called. Nothing else exists while the men are playing.

Watching curling is just a small step above watching cricket, in my opinion. As my husband once told my Aussie son-in-law: "It's like watching ice melt". Hubby now has a cricket ball sitting on a little plaque engraved "Like watching ice melt". LOL

I understand your point Observer...I started watchng several years ago and now I'm addicted...I just find it such an amazing game of skill , accuracy, and geometry....I've played a bit , but i find it much too frustrating,,but I love watchng it.
