It should stay in Simcoe but it should also stay in the water. This creates a problem

i agree.
they need to dredge out the lynn,where it is all silted in !
did it get that way mostly after the dam was takenout up on norfolk ?
i know it was shallow before, but it's disgraceful now !
if no one is willing to clean it out they should just fill it in to be just a narrow stream.
