Everyone having family dinners? Sunday or Monday? Traditional turkey? - or veering from the beaten path?

It's turkey here - on Monday!

Ours was yesterday with friends. All the usual fixings but ham with the most delicious mustard sauce, something I've not eaten before. Yummy!

Spent the day helping our neighbour close down her cottage and transporting her guests back to the mainland (her boat had to be scrapped this summer), and as well, another island couple who were camping on their property needed help packing up and assisted them carting their goods back and forth.
Have I said enough Retired 2?
