are these people complaining again?

a group from Quebec want to put up 4 wind powered generators down by pt.ryerse,so they had an open house the other night to explain it,and the reasons for it.
thoughtful people!
but now the locals,not all but some,and some residents of toronto,with vacation homes nearbye went and complained about it, saying it causes "visual pollution"?
and one from mississauga says they should be built elsewhere,as thegas plants near her home were moved ! (i wonder if she is willing to pay the $280,or more millions McGuilty, and he rest of them spent for that relocation?)
or are they just a bunch of NIMBY's ?
