Then there's North Korea

Yesterday, there seemed to be a bit of consternation because N Korea was set to launch a rocket - which the west believed was a prototype launcher for a missile that might be able to reach as far as the US. Reports were that it fizzled after a few kilometers and disintegrated.
Does any of this make you nervous? That a renegade nation - with a presumably unstable leader - might be developing the potential to send nuclear warheads to North America?
