I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! Speaking for myself, I know that I overindulged, and am very thankful that I don't have to deal with the leftovers!! (though I will miss not having a cold turkey sandwich today!)

How true now that you mention it I too enjoy the sandwiches for several days after until I get so tired of turkey I end up tossing out the small crusted pieces drying out in the fridge.

Yipper, had one Friday, and had one Saturday. I'm a sandwich lover pretty much all the time anyways. Last of the turkey went into soup yeterday and that was good too.

I think it's now time to get out of the house and perhaps go out for supper today. Feeling a bit "stir crazy".
