Another place you'd never heard of before. Now, the site of mini riots - and the subject of multi media reports - after a grand jury dismissed charges against the policeman who shot an 18 year old young black man named Brown.

Just read that the police officer who was charged - and acquitted - for the shooting - has resigned from the force.

Does anyone remember the riots and all of the damage done when O.J. was acquitted of killing his girlfriend and the other white guy?
Me either!

Well I DO kinda remember - and I think the damage and the rioting was after the Rodney King fiasco in LA - rather than after OJ's acquittal. I have to be careful how to phrase this so as not to sound racially biased - but I think the black population was happy with the acquittal in the OJ case - but furious at the acquittal in the Rodney King case. I think one group of people are more prone to rioting than the other.
