CBC's Marketplace busts Bell Empty CBC's Marketplace busts Bell

$2.80 monthly charge on your Bell home phone line for touch tone. They called Bell to ask what would happen if they switched to a rotary phone. They said they had no rotary service.

So, why do we have to pay $2.80/month for a service we can't even opt out of?
