Longest day of the year today

Get out and enjoy the first day of summer. It's going to be a lovely day, not to mention beautiful weekend.

Some hanging by the pool here, and a little visiting. Nothing too wild.

Have already done some laundry and bottled 30 bottles of vino. A little rest, then my shrubs need trimming and the beds need weeding. Not guaranteeing that it all will get done today though!

The longest day is only half done and I'm tired of all this work already. OH my poor back.

I was up early and wanted to see the sun rise. But the clouds said no.

Retired2 my wine tastes are pretty basic so I'm quite happy with a Merlot. When I splurge and go to the LCBO I look for my favorite Beaujolais. PS: by the way, the weeding and most of the trimming didn't get done. I'm with you, my back said....enough already!!
