Growing marijuana Empty Growing marijuana

Our government has proposed that marijuana should only be grown in indoor sites. Without getting into how many "legal" marijuana growers are now growing - doesn't it seem like there's something wrong with the concept that this "crop" has to be grown under lights - inside - rather than being cultivated in the sands and sun of Norfolk?
