Yum - as pate - in stew - as lunch meat - but I've never been a fan of liver & onions.

Any pie. I used to be pie clean up guy in the kitchen at the Windham Center turkey supper. My record is 14 pieces.
I have found Rose wines from France-(Anjou Valley) to be pretty good.

Lung Soup-Made on pig killing day on the farm.

Can't comment - never had chicken feet. My grandmother-in-law used to love rabbit brains, though.

So next person can respond to chicken feet and pork hocks, perhaps?
