FOR SALE:
In case anyone may be interested or may know of someone who may be interested in my time share in Kissimmee Florida, as I have decided to sell it !

Just so you know, it will sleep eight, if only used, or rented out for one week per year, or if split it will sleep 4 for two weeks per year.
You can also trade it for another location,World-Wide if you want,on occasion !

If you buy it, you get the property deed with it, and I will have all costs paid up to date for 2013, and there will be a week to yet use this year.

Replacement costs would be over $20,000. on this day.

I have owned this unit for almost 15 years and have had no problems with it, or with RCI the timeshare company that I deal with. but as I can no longer travel, and use it, I am going to sell it.

I want $9,000. For it, but will consider all offers.
