If you cook a bit by sight!
First, partially pre-cook about 8 slices of bacon in the mike.
Then, it starts with the dry indgredients: 1/2 white flour + 1/2 whole wheat flour - let's say a cup of each. Add 1.5 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. or so of salt; 2 tsp of sugar; about 1 tsp of cinammon.
Then add about 1 3/4 cups milk, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp vanilla & about 2 Tbsp oil. Mix well - or blend in a blender (I never bother).
Now, the issue becomes how thick you want the results to be. I like mine crepe-like, so if the batter doesn't run really freely, I keep adding a bit more milk (or water).
Put a little oil in the fry pan and make sure it is very hot. Then ladle in enough batter to cover bottom when it's rolled around. Immediately drop a slice of bacon, ripped or cut into about 10 pieces over the batter. When bubbles begin to appear - flip over. A minute or so later - it's ready.
MY version of pancakes and bacon. LOL
