Spring is quickly approaching and the best part about that is BASEBALL!!

Simcoe Minor Baseball is well underway in preparing for the 2012 season.

Are you looking for a summer sport that is both, keeping your child active and also great for your child to socialize and make new friends (the whole time you get to enjoy the outdoors). BASEBALL is a great sport for these reasons.

REGISTRATION DATES:
March 26 @ Simcoe Composite School 6:00-8:00
April 2 @ Simcoe Composite School 6:00-8:00

We will also be hosting our annual "Winter Ball" program starting April 2 at 6:00 @ Simcoe Composite School. This is a great way to introduce a child to baseball with the drills and stations we setup indoors to help them with the basics (catching, throwing, batting etc.). For the experienced players, "Winter Ball" is a great way to knock the rust off and ease into throwing and catching again.

My pleasure! We have ran ads in the newspaper and the Norfolk activity guide as well. But for anybody like myself who get more info online then in either of these printed items I thought it would be good to post it here. Sorry observer, been a crazy week! Yes I am on the execuive of SMBA this year. Have a vouple of boys who play also.

We will be hosting our winterball program once again this year.
Great way to shake the rust off if you are a returning player.
Also, if you think your child might be interested in playing baseball this is the perfect time to bring them out to give it a try.
