i was thinking this vid had to be shot near watertown ny,and after going into utoob,it turns out i was right ?
i've seen the ones watertown has,and have rebuilt on the interstate,and local higways near there. btw osh kosh,frink,all thde big names in snow equipment have plants near or in watertown area to test plows,blowers,and anything else used to move snow off roads and airport runways.
that area gets the most snow per winter of any where in north america.
plus nato,and other in the armed forces train just east of there,for snowy areas of the world in case of fighting a war wwhere the winters are bad.
just south east of kingston,at the end of lake ontario,damned lake effect snow !
better to fight sharks and sinkholes in the south ?
