Great kudos to you , retired - who have been keeping this forum alive - often on your own - with frequent inputs form kishgo - so thanks to you too kishgo!

I feel we are the remnants of an experiment -and are surviving as fits our needs after that experiment. So - I particularly want to thank the members who are trying to continue this as a viable communications venue - rather than the aftermath of an experiment whose goals have been fulfilled somewhere - by someone!

I would suspect the record breaking honours go to Retired. He is so faithful about posting several times per day.

10,000 should be the next milestone. It is amazing at the number of hits a topic will have but no replies. We do have a lot of traffic we jsut have to get them to stop and post. Kishgo i notice you are enjoying facebook. There is a ton of info on there.

I am trying to keep this one alive hoping it will take off this winter. I do need some thing local to read. I have been banished from some other local sites and have been threatened banishment from others so hoping this one stays alive.

Personally - I've only been banished from ONE! Obviously, I don't work as hard at it as retired or growler!
