Re: Quiet day.
I suspect everyone is busy with family today. We had our family Easter dinner yesterday.

Fed 11 people Easter dinner yesterday. Sorta cute, because 2 weeks ago I thought we might have been a group of 3 - or 4 at the most! LOL

If you fed that many they must have been special to you.

Re: Quiet day.
The last "passel" of company left yesterday morning at 6am. I was up at 5 (just making sure they didn't sleep in and miss their planned departure time lol) making coffee and bagging up beer, pop, candy and coffee they had brought in and I was sure didn't want to forget. Tried to go back to bed after they left but that didn't work, resulting in my walking around in a daze the complete day. Today will be different. I'm now on a 9 day countdown before I head north and I have a very long list of things to do before leaving. I'd better get in gear and get started!

Bring some of that Florida warmth with you when you come. It's feeling like spring isn't really rushing back to Southern Ontario!

You're telling me that capris and sandals isn't going to cut it aren't you? I don't think my feet will know what to do in closed in shoes!! Guess that means I've got to dig out the long pants and a jacket. Drat!

It's quite cool here today. I actually wore a jacket and light weight gloves. ( My hands get cold quickly.) The wind is terrible. However, higher temps and nicer weather in the forecast just for your arrival Gale Force. Safe journey.

Who knows what 9 days may bring? I'm hoping it'll bring those "capris and sandals" weather back again!
