Sorry but some days the stuff coming in is slow or not suited for a public forum. Pushing the envelope as it is sometimes, though no one has complained as yet. I am also busy watching my freshly laid sod take hold and grow, That is tiring in itself, Also painting my deck with this new restoreit stuff out now. Seems to be doing a good job but now to see how long it will last. About half finished. It is a slow job for an old man with a bad back

Would appreciate any comments you have about the restore it stuff. I was thinking about doing my deck with it, but like yourself, wonder if the back would stand up to the work.

It goes on as easy as stain or paint, use a roller and brush. Just do a few boards at a time and when your back says enough you quit. The hardest part for me is the spindles. It really improves the look of the old cracked boards. makes it look almost like the composite boards they now have out. How long it will last is up in the air, the product is tooo new yet. You can get any colour you want. Will post a couple of pictures when I get them developed.

Just a little tip if you want the sod to really sprout, just go out wander around and sing to it.

One hot, humid afternoon, a man sat in a reclining lawn chair, reading and sipping iced tea while his wife mowed the lawn. The woman next door is outraged. "Aren't you ashamed, making your wife mow the lawn in this heat? You ought to be hung!" "I am," replied the man with a smile. "That's why my wife is mowing the lawn!"

Also interest in how well the deck treatment stands up. We have a huge deck & my husband says it looks like sh*t. Personally, although it could always be better, I don't think it looks quite that bad!
