New name: music and arts festival

[Ruby Tuesday]

I see this name has replaced the former Friendship Festival. Lots of singers, some yoga demonstrations, and I also believe that the parade has been eliminated. Hopefully they will have a great turnout.

Always good to revisit events and get rid of what no one wants, and add more of what's considered as appealing to your guests!

No parade last year either. Too bad, we like parades. Always take the granddaughters. They have not missed one in Dover

I guess they took surveys and the parade wasn't a huge attraction. I, personally, have no interest in parades. We do have friends that go to a few different ones in the area year after year.

They are great for kids though.
