I posted a brief comment earlier and rec'd this note in red letters across the top of my screen:
Flood control is active on this forum, please wait 10 second(s) before replying or posting.

Guess we must have a lot of postings lately! "Flood" control!

the computer i have say's future flood control is coming,when the temps go up for a bunch of days,and the snow melts !
