Heating Bill

We heat our home with natural gas, dryer and oven are n.gas as well. Our gas bill for two months was just over $100. Incredible! The lowest we've experienced in fifteen years.
And so, ever so sweetly, I said to hubby, "Since we budgeted for so much more and have saved this money...now can we buy a patio set?" He just laughed.

Same here. We are on equal billing, $76 a month. Usually in February our bill will show we still owe money after the equal billing. Then in the warmer months when we use less than the $76 a month we will pay that off so come August we are balanced out. So far with the warmer winter I think we have paid more than we used and will end up with a free month or maybe two. Of course if summer is as hot and humid as I fear that will get eaten up with the air conditioner.
