wait times for surgery and mri's as well as ct scans

just this afternoon read an article by a reporter from the spectator i think ? and it said we do not bad in this area for hip replacements and knees, but not very good for ct scans or mri's !
in timmins the 2nd longest waits for knees and hips, you don't see a specialist for about 11 months and then wait about 4 years to get fixed !
but we wait about 3 to 4 times as long as we should for mri's and ct scans !
the way it was wrote, it sounds like we should move to sarnia !
quick times there on both !!
