North School to be torn down for condos.

It really is easier to destroy than to build.

It was an old building that needed a lot of repair, so destroy and rebuild would be the way to go.

I can see both sides of this picture. How COOL would it be to live in a renovated school, multiple condos? And yet, how expensive would be to modernize such a place!! Perhaps the concept would be welcomed in a highly populated area such as TO but I doubt if it would fly in Simcoe.
