What's for dinner?

Tonight I made pork tenderloin medallions with mustard spread on each slice, then breaded with bread crumbs and herbs. Scrumptious! Add a few potatoes (sweet and regular) onions, mushrooms and a salad. Yummy dinner!

The hockey game is on (still? again? new? repeat?) so I know that before long hubby will ask me to make him some popcorn. Count the hockey games= poporn feasts
