Cute! Brings forward a thought: I don't know what it's like in other communities, but in Delhi, it's not uncommon to see a grocery cart sitting on a sidewalk somewhere - nowhere near the grocery store from which it came! Seems people think it's just OK to use the cart to walk their groceries home - and THEN - don't need it any more. I'll get a new one next time I go to the store!

See them all over in Simcoe also. The same in all towns I would think. Have heard someplaces have a system where the wheels lock when they get so far from the store. Might be in Edmonton, not sure
