Got the "Milk" calendar about a week ago. Just made the cauliflower, leek and bacon gratin.

It is extremely good. Followed the recipte exactly and it turned out great. Will make again.

I LIKE the milk calendar. Don't often USE the recipes - but think I like most of them.

Kinda think - WAY BACK WHEN - that was where I got my first recipe for potato leek soup - which I have "customized" several times since then!
