A Huntsman spider. The top photo is when he was in a glass jar - being held by a hand - to give you an idea of his actual size.
Apparently, they are harmless!

I used to teach this song and do it in rounds as well. Do any kids sing in rounds today? I'm so out of touch.

From Google:

A round is a musical composition, a limited type of canon in which a minimum of three voices sing exactly the same melody at the unison, but with each voice beginning at different times so that different parts of the melody coincide in the different voices, but nevertheless fit harmoniously together.

So one group starts, another group begins a bit later, first group finishes while all are singing, last group continues till done. Clear as mud RW?

Don't forget Row Row Row your boat! I remember starting this song with three rounds, recorded the voices and played it back to my students. They were in awe! That was the day of cassette tape recorders.

@GF, thanks! Yes, MUCH calmer! I wouldn't even venture out to the end of the dock to measure the wind speed when it was 50 km/h. It did get much worse but I was afraid I might be blown off the dock. Ha! FAT chance!!1
@Rick, this is the second round of raking but last week's wind took care of most of it. I'll rake more before we depart. Are you whining or wining? LOL
