This joke came from the political right in the US.
Gun Lovers, Climate Change denyers,Obama Haters,religious fundamentalist crazies,Republicans.
Basically a President who is Black would fall for this because he is black,and in their view not so intelligent.
So....somewhat of a racist joke when you track down where it came from.

If you changed the name from Obama to Clinton it would still work

It doesn't work either way, for Obama it's racist, and Clinton was one of the most intelligent Presidents IQ wise,being a Rhode's Scholar and all.Don't get it.
Tell you what, how about you just remove me from the membership roster OK?
