How do I set the correct time. there is nothing in my profile that will let me.

Go to profile, prefernces and down to the bottom and set time zone

There is no Simcoe so use Detriot

Information Preferences Signature Avatar Friends and foes Topic(s) being watched Favourites.

Those should be the titles at the top of the page when you go to your profile.
