Thanks for the "belated" wishes also Kishgo and Observer. And yes Kishgo, I think this winter is definitely the first time in 20 plus years that I've had my furnance on more often than the air!

Wouldn't they just have an electric space heaters, why go to the expense of a furnace? Maybe for the AC?

Sorry, guess I should have said heat pump....at least I think that's what it is - combined air and heat.
