Re: decompression treatments
I've had 2 back mishaps in the past and was seriously considering that, but didn't at the time b/c if I recall it was expensive. Not that I'm not worth it! Oh so terrible ...
Doing very well now, but excercise and weight maintenance seems to be very important for me for this issue. Everyone is different though. Many different things cause back pain. For me it's degenerative disc disease, but it's manageable at my young age... Lol

Re: decompression treatments
I have lost the stuffing form between the bottom two disc causing nerve to be pinched. The cost is no more then Physio per session but takes 25sessions or so and then maintence every so often for life. not costing me a Pennie as I,m using my kids inheritance. actually insurance will pick up a good portion. also I,m worth it whatever the cost

Of course you are worth it!!! We all are. Just making the decision to put yourself first is sometimes difficult.

Re: decompression treatments
I'm glad it's helping. Back pain like that (pinched nerves) can really limit your mobility and hence quality of life.
Get better!
